The process is simple:

1. Contact Aparna Datta with information on what type of website you want (sales, promotional, professional, etc).

2. She will e-mail you a questionnaire that will inform her to your design preferences.

3. Following consultation an invoice and balance due will be given to you to sign. This can be faxed to her. A down payment of 50% is due in advance. The balance is due upon delivery. Paying via Paypal is accepted.

4. You will be required to give her all the necessary content/information for the site. Aparna is able to help you create new content (content writing service fees apply).

5. You will be required to give your credit card details over a secure host to purchase a domain and to place you on a web host:

Aparna is affiliated with a webhost where you will pay a very low monthly fee of $9.99 + a small yearly fee for your domain name. Email addresses are also included in this package and so are editing rights. This means your website can continue to be updated in the future. You will be given all of the necessary details when you have decided to work with her.

6. 2 revisions will take place:

Aparna will begin to create your site and send you a draft copy version for you to view. You will then contact her with any changes you want to have happen and she will then add those changes to the site.

You will then again be able to view the site and ask for any further changes.

Every revision after the 2nd revision will be an additional $75.

Please note: Should you decide to have Aparna update your website in the future each time will cost you $75. She will be happy to continue working with you and will be available to maintain your website when needed.
